I am Steven, a handmade knife maker who takes care of my mother at home.
Because she suffers from Alzheimer's disease, I quit my job and stayed by her side.
Unable to leave home to make a living, I began to make knives with scrap steel - at first it was just to support the family, but slowly, it became a way for me to regain my dignity and confidence.

Every knife was made by me through grinding and repeated trial and error in the early morning.
They don't have the perfection of the assembly line, but they have the reality and warmth of life.
